We have divided our workout routine into the following sections:


We make our clients perform cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. These workouts let a person improve his metabolism and increase his energy levels to remain fresh for the whole week.


We focus on resistance workouts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. These workouts are for meeting the functional movements in a body and are helpful for burning the additional calories. 


On Saturdays, we let the users perform Hybrid workouts, which are a mixture of resistance and cardio workouts. These workouts ensure your body strength and are the best way to lead a healthy weekend.
